Important Notes When Using Cash on Delivery (COD)If you wish to place an order with cash on delivery (COD), please ensure you check the following points. ・For COD orders, we will make a pre-shipment phone call to confirm your order. Please be aware that shipping will only proceed after confirming the recipient's intention to receive the item. ・In mail-order sales, a sales contract is formed at the time an order is placed. Shipping Methods and Fees

Nationwide flat shipping fee of 770 yen (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, and some remote islands, where the shipping fee is 1,210 yen). Nekoposu Delivery・Nationwide flat shipping fee of 350 yen・Rectangular A4 size (within 31.2cm x 22.8cm) ・Thickness within 2.5cm ・Weight within 1kg ・By law, it is prohibited to send delivery notes, receipts, invoices, etc., via Nekoposu. If you place an order via Nekoposu, only the product will be shipped, and no delivery notes will be included. If you require a delivery note or receipt, we will only accommodate orders via courier service. ・Delivery to mailboxes, parcel lockers, newspaper boxes, etc. ・If you choose Nekoposu, we cannot accommodate [gift wrapping] because it may exceed the applicable size and is highly likely to cause damage to the shape. If you wish for gift wrapping, please choose standard home delivery. ・One item per shipment. We cannot combine other items for Nekoposu shipping. Also, if combined with items not eligible for Nekoposu, we will ship by courier service at the standard shipping rate. (Nationwide shipping fee 770 yen / Hokkaido, Okinawa 1,210 yen) ・Delivery date/time specification and cash on delivery are not available. ・Delivery time is similar to courier service (excluding some areas). ※Time specification is not available. ・Nekoposu is post-box delivery. The maximum liability for loss or damage to packages is 3,000 yen. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee against theft once the package has been delivered to the mailbox. If you wish for confirmation of receipt, please use courier service. If you have concerns about Nekoposu, we recommend shipping via courier service.
