Order Validity Period

 ● Within 3 days of placing your order. If payment is not received within 3 days of placing your order, we will consider that you do not intend to purchase and will automatically cancel the order.

Delivery Time

 ● Orders placed by 2 PM will be shipped the same day; orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the next day.
※ Depending on store conditions, same-day shipping may not be possible even for orders placed by 2 PM.

● If you choose bank transfer, your order will be shipped after payment confirmation.

● Since we are closed on Wednesdays, orders and inquiries during that time will be handled on Thursday, after the regular holiday.

Return Period


● If you receive your product, try it on, and find that the size doesn't fit, or the color or silhouette is different from what you expected, please rest assured that we accept returns and exchanges if the conditions below are met and you agree to them. (We accept returns for vintage (used) shoes and vintage (used) clothing, but we do not accept returns for vintage miscellaneous goods, accessories, or other small items.) Unlike in a physical store, online shopping relies on limited information like photos and comments, so it's understandable if the sizing or color differs from your expectations. Since this is unavoidable, please feel free to contact us regarding returns or exchanges.

● For returns and exchanges, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and ship it within 3 days of our reply. Returns will not be accepted after 3 days.

● For returns, the product must be unused.

● Please send all product accessories, such as tags and boxes. If any accessories are missing, returns will not be accepted.

● We generally do not accept returns on sale items.

● Although we have a physical store, we strive to make the product photos as close to the actual items as possible online, and we do our best to convey the fabric texture and feel through comments, aiming to be the most customer-friendly store. Please let us help you have an enjoyable shopping experience.

● Please consider carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions that are not clear from the product images and descriptions, please feel free to ask. We will answer as thoroughly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

● Refunds for payments other than credit card

In the case of returns due to customer's convenience, we will refund the amount minus the bank transfer fee (¥330~) incurred for the transfer from our side. (For online credit card payments, this fee does not apply as we process the cancellation online.) Refunds will be issued the day after the returned item is received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Example: ¥9,800 (your purchased product) - ¥330 (transfer fee to your account) = ¥9,470 will be refunded.


Other Notes

● Sizes are measured individually, but please understand that there may be slight discrepancies.

● As we also sell in our physical store, items may be sold out.

● Product images are taken using a digital camera, so please be aware that the color may appear slightly different on screen than in real life. Please also note that prices may fluctuate slightly depending on exchange rates at the time of purchase. All our products are genuine and officially handled, so please shop with confidence.
